2. Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

- Completion of Course: You must have completed the course in its entirety and followed all outlined steps.

- Implementation of Campaigns: You must provide evidence that you have implemented the campaign strategies as taught in the course.

- Timeline: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

- Intent of Completion: Refunds are only available if you intended to complete the course and actively worked on the steps provided. If you purchase without intent to follow through, the refund policy does not apply.

Allow up to 10 business days for us to review your refund request.

4. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The course materials have been accessed or downloaded but no effort has been made to implement the strategies.
  • The request is made after the 30-day guarantee period.
  • There is evidence of misuse, abuse, or sharing of course materials in violation of our Terms of Service.
  • The refund request is based on reasons unrelated to course content or implementation (e.g., "I changed my mind" or "I no longer need the course").

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items or services are non-refundable:

  • Any additional services, such as consulting or coaching, purchased separately from the course.
